Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Notification & Shipping Quote: Contact our customer service at hello@palestiniankeffiyeh.com to inform us of your decision to return the product and to request your return label/instructions.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (unless the product received is defective or was sent by mistake). The exact return shipping cost will depend on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the delivery destination. Once you contact us, our team will calculate and inform you of the exact shipping price and how to proceed.

  • Shipping the product: Please ensure the package is well-protected to avoid any damage during transit. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, including proof of purchase.

3. Refunds Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refund period: 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.

  • Refund method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Deduction of costs: If the product is returned damaged, used, or missing components, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from the total refund amount.

4. Defective Products or Order Errors If the product received is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement or refund: We will cover all return shipping costs and offer you the option of a replacement product or a full refund.

  • Claim period: 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

5. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Products that show signs of wear, usage, or have missing labels.
