Camp Made Of Concrete

Dheisheh camp is one of those communities that truly embody resilience. Home to around 13,000 people, the camp’s residents are renowned for their unwavering spirit and sharp wit when confronting the harsh realities of their occupation. Despite being under full Palestinian control (Area A), the Israeli military continues to conduct frequent incursions and arrests, aiming to suppress the regular protests that arise within the camp. With numerous arrests during the first and second intifadas, and even attempts to completely fence off the camp, the Israeli military views Dheisheh as a thorn in its side an uncomfortable reminder of its unlawful occupation.

I love the softness of the fabrics and the color is so deep. I love the patterns and the symbolism of my Kufiya ! Yet it’s not just a fashion item ! I am proud of wearing it to show my support to Palestine
The woven fabric amazed me in its quality. The colours, The texture: everything is so well made and good quality. Way much beautiful in use and soft on the skin than I could have imagined.
This beautiful and most stylish kufiya in particular can easily be worn to work, as it makes a whisper of a statement, and still invite people to engage in a conversation about Palestine and international law. The same is true, of course, of any other kufiya official.
I wear this kufiya every day to show my solidarity. However, it is also a practical piece of clothing because I love having it when I feel cold or to keep the sun from burning me up. You can truly see that it is of immense quality and something that I truly treasure to own. If you're able, absolutely get one of these because you won't regret it
